Privacy policy

This policy describes the data used by PigeFlow on iPhone (iOS), iPad (iPadOS) and Mac (macOS), the external services involved and your privacy choices.

Updated: 7 October 2026

Publisher and contact

PigeFlow is published by ALTIVITÉ. Contact the PigeFlow team at pigeflow@pigeflow.com with privacy questions or rights requests. The app does not create a PigeFlow account. Your Apple account is used for Apple services such as iCloud and purchases.

Data and purposes

You enter or import assignments, notes, quotes, documents, photos, audio and video, publication and client details, professional and billing details, fees, payments, invoices, credit notes and rights records. These support organising work, preparing documents and tracking your activity. PigeFlow contains no advertising, advertising tracking or external analytics.

Devices and iCloud

Data is stored on your devices. When your iCloud account and permissions allow it, data syncs to your private iCloud space across iPhone, iPad and Mac, including attachments and videos according to transfer options. The PigeFlow team has no remote access to that space and does not automatically receive your material. Manage iCloud access in Apple settings. Disabling sync does not delete existing copies. Apple provides this service under its own privacy terms.

Permissions, calendar and reminders

Calendar access lets the app create and update assignment events and check overlaps with other events. Events may contain publication names, dates, assignment types and topics; their storage and sync follow your calendar account. You select the files to import. Local reminders may require notification permission. Revoke calendar, notification and iCloud permissions in device settings. Revocation does not automatically delete existing data or events.

Company search

When you search by name, SIREN or SIRET, your query is sent to the French public company search service at recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr to retrieve legal billing details. The service also receives connection information such as your IP address. Assignments, notes, attachments and invoices are not sent in this search. You may enter company details manually instead.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple handles purchases and subscriptions through the App Store. The app uses verified transaction information and subscription status to unlock features and restore purchases. The PigeFlow team does not receive the payment-card details you provide to Apple. Apple privacy terms apply; manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account.

Local diagnostics and counters

A local log retains the latest 200 technical incidents and is not automatically sent to the team. Optional usage counters are off by default and grouped into the latest twelve months containing data. They remain local when enabled. Turning them off clears the counters. Diagnostic or counter exports are sent only if you choose to share them.

Exports, backups and e-invoicing

You choose where to send shared files, exports and backups. JSON exports contain structured data and metadata; full backups also contain attachments. These copies leave private app storage through your actions. Current Factur-X export on iPhone, iPad and Mac does not submit invoices to an invoicing provider. Any future connection will identify the provider, invoice information, purposes and protections before activation, with updated privacy disclosures. Sending an invoice does not require the rest of your folders.

Retention and deletion

Work data remains on your devices and in private iCloud until you delete it. Local deletion in PigeFlow settings clears device data without deleting iCloud copies. Device-and-iCloud deletion also removes synced private data when Apple services are reachable. Check local copies on other devices before a full deletion to avoid reimporting them. Calendar events, exports, chosen backups and data retained by Apple must be managed separately. Uninstalling the app does not delete all these copies.

Support messages

When you email pigeflow@pigeflow.com, the team receives your email address, message and chosen attachments. The app’s draft may include app and OS versions; work data is not automatically attached. Messages are retained as necessary to handle and follow up your request or meet legal obligations. Request deletion at the same address. Review diagnostic exports before sharing them.

Website and third-party services

PigeFlow adds no advertising or visitor-behaviour analytics to the website. Hosting may process IP addresses, technical logs and session or authentication information for access and security. Apple, the public search service and your chosen recipients have their own terms. Exchanges are limited to the relevant functions; new integrations receiving data must be assessed for protections at least equivalent to those described here.

Your choices and rights

View, correct, export and delete information in the app. Contact pigeflow@pigeflow.com about access, correction or deletion of data received by the team. The team cannot extract your private iCloud contents for you. Contact Apple or other services about the data they hold. Revoke permissions in Apple settings or disable optional counters without giving up other app features.
